2011 Western Canada Farm Progress Show Takes Ag to the Next Level

What are the most cutting edge farmers in Western Canada doing this week? Implementing all of the new practices they learned about at the 2011 Western Canada Farm Progress Show! Regina , Sask., was buzzing with activity June 15 – 17, 2011, as nearly 40,000 visitors descended upon the city to enjoy the industry’s leading agricultural experience. Promoting the hottest in agricultural equipment, technology, services and farming practices, the Farm Progress Show has earned a reputation for being the “must-see” farm show for the latest and best in production agriculture.

Ag Leader had the privilege of exhibiting at this show, and Stuart Lawrence, Western Canada Territory Manager, demonstrated many Ag Leader products, from the powerful Ag Leader® Integra display to the innovative OptRx™ crop sensor system.

He said,  “The Western Canada Farm Progress Show is the best opportunity to meet with farmers during the growing season. Every year, growers come to the show to see the latest innovations from manufacturers that cater to dryland broad-acre operations. The show has become the venue for prairie-based manufacturers to launch new products, so it makes it very popular with farmers who will make time during the busy spray season to attend the show for at least one day.”
