The Educator Event is Growing!

With temperatures slowly dropping and snowfall peeking around the corner, it is hard to imagine those warm summer days. Here at the Ag Leader Academy we are already picturing hot and humid days as we look forward to the Educator Event that will be held at the end of the summer.

The training team has a running start on organizing, planning, and revamping the Educator Event to a conference format for 2015. The Educator Conference is for anyone teaching precision agriculture. Whether at the community college or university level, we value all educators of precision agriculture.

If you have been to our conference before or if this will be your first year attending, you will be exposed to a wide variety of topics related to teaching and practicing precision agriculture. We are designing the conference to meet the needs of both new and experienced educators while broadening our horizons with emerging technologies in precision agriculture. 

We understand that there are differences between every program, and we are designing the conference with sessions that educators from all backgrounds will find beneficial. An example is a session offering budget-friendly advice for administering a precision agricultural program. Many other sessions will be conducted at the conference as well as including panel discussions, guest speakers, and hands-on activities.
