What are the different positions you have held at Ag Leader?
Technical Support, Product Tester, Product Testing Supervisor, Test Manager, Product Manager.

How have you seen Ag Leader and precision ag as a whole change during your time here?
I’ve been blessed to be a part of the Ag Leader family for more than half of the 25 years since Al Myers started the business. When I started at Ag Leader we were getting ready to introduce the first color touchscreen yield monitor on the market. We now have a complete line of precision ag products such as individual row electric drive control and downforce on planters, cloud syncing of data, and everything in between. Precision ag products have moved from early adoption on progressive farms to products that are necessary to help farmers stay competitive and reach higher levels productivity and efficiency.

What is your favorite thing about working here?
I don’t know how to pick a favorite. A few of my favorites are the great people I get to work with every day that share a passion to help farmers be successful, the opportunities for personal and professional growth, opportunities to lead and help other individuals grow, and working for a privately-owned company that creates great products.

What do you do in your free time? 
I like to stay busy so I enjoy many activities with my wife and three daughters, working with my church, camping, wakeboarding, hunting, mechanic work, and house projects to name a few.
