How long have you been employed by Ag Leader?  2 years.

What are the different positions you have held at Ag Leader? 
I started at the company as a Sales Coordinator and now I am working as the Brazil Sales Manager.

How have you seen Ag Leader and precision ag as a whole change during your time here?
In the last two years, since I am working at Ag Leader, I have seen a faster and big changes happening. The new InCommand™ displays, new AgFiniti® features, DisplayCast™,  and new SeedCommand™ features (individual row Hydraulic Down Force, SureDrive). These are some important changes made by Ag Leader that has influenced the way of agricultural production, promoting higher efficiency.

What is your favorite thing about working here?
My favorite part of working at Ag Leader is working on a team, with smart people, who I can learn from that always inspire and challenge me. It’s great to work with people that care about their company and do a good job. Finally it’s amazing to work for a company that has been committed to provide very good and reliable equipment and also working in an environment that is possible to find values like ethical, hard work & integrity.      

What do you do in your free time?  
In my spare time I like spending time with my family and friends. I like reading, watching movies, going to church and I love running. I run at least three times a week and I am always taking part in half-marathons. While running I can see the chance to overcome all obstacles, to test my emotional limits and discover just how far I can push myself. And finally, I can have a chance to be a person who inspires others, and who they strive to be.
