What is your name, position, dealership & location: My name is Vlastimil Voda, I work in company P&L as product manager for precision farming. This company is distributor of Ag Leader for Czech Republic and Slovakia.

How long have you been selling Ag Leader products? I started in P&L in 2015, so I’ve worked with Ag Leader for 4 seasons.

What’s your favorite thing about selling precision ag products? As all people around me, I have a strong passion for agriculture. I enjoy helping people find the optimal solution for them.

What do you enjoy about working with Ag Leader? Challenges every day. People in Czech Republic and especially in agriculture are very inventive. For most of them, the standard solution is not enough. And thanks to Ag Leader support team we are able to fulfill this requirement if is it even possible. And there I perceive, that Ag Leader is not only a brand in precision farming, but is one big family with the same goal.

In five years, the new, hot precision ag product on the market will be….I try to imagine future. I see all agriculture vehicles without drivers, completely automated working. But it is probably a little farther future. In next five years will be more and more important work with data from the field. Big potential I see in SMS software and interconnection between all machines used for farming.
